YARN CHARACTERISTICS

The 12,000 dtex Stemgrass 60 yarn, is flat and wide with a central spine, offering excellent infill coverage. It is soft to touch (player friendly) and very hard wearing.  The two tone green Stemgrass fibres add to the overall natural look, with the mid-range pile weight providing a great appearance as well as first class results.

PLAY CHARACTERISTICS

Stemgrass 60 is designed to be installed either directly onto a compacted, level, free-draining base, or with a shock pad, to provide a great football performance. The turf is infilled with a base layer of sand and a performance infill, such as SBR or natural infills. With an extra depth of performance infill,  no additional shock pad is necessary. However, for added performance and comfort a shock pad is recommended.
